Congratulations to Jim Joven in his new position as Commissioner with the Marion Superior Court! Judge Joven will be working with Judge Sosin in Superior 2 (Civil Division) and Judge Certo in Environmental Court/Community Court as of November 1st. He has also declared his candidacy for Judge of the Marion Superior Court in 2012. Joven formerly served as Lawrence Township Small Claims Court Judge.
As such, Jim will no longer be practicing Of Counsel with Lewis And Wilkins LLP. We have enjoyed having Jim as a part of our team and he will be missed. We wish him the best of luck in his new endeavor.
