INDIANAPOLIS – Attorney Carl Brizzi, Of Counsel with Lewis And Wilkins LLP, is a civil litigator, primarily working in class action, tort, and patent prosecution.

On February 4, 2020, Mr. Brizzi joined the American Institute for Economic Research’s “Bastiat Society” at the University of Indianapolis for a discussion titled “Indianapolis: The Social Leviathan and its Impact on Liberty.” Mr. Brizzi facilitated a discussion on how the “social leviathan” of self-censorship is even more insidious and dystopian than predicted by either Orwell or Huxley, and constitutes a serious threat to our personal liberties and freedom. His remarks focused on his beliefs that individuals have an ethical responsibility to resist the creeping tyranny of first amendment restrictions before things go wildly out of control.
