For the 2020 calendar year, Evan was named the Vice Chair of the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana’s “Construction Law Section.” As the Vice Chair, his role will involve the coordination of professional development events, continuing legal education courses, and scholarly articles that focus on the latest news and issues concerning the area of construction law. For 2020, Evan hopes to further inform DTCI’s Construction Law Section on the unique area of defending those who have been sued in roadway transportation matters.
