The northern Indiana presentation was at Indiana Wesleyan University’s branch campus, which has excellent facilities. The Indianapolis seminar was at the downtown Capitol Cities Conference Center. National Business Institute was the organizer. Paul’s primary practice is civil litigation frequently defending large governmental entities.
