Spencer, Indiana – Lewis And Wilkins LLP Partner Paul O. Mullin had the privilege of presenting to a packed conference hall about governmental liability as part of the 2016 INDOT Maintenance Conference. The conference was attended by transportation managers who have supervisory responsibilities over the maintenance of the State of Indiana’s 11,000 miles of state roads and highways.
The three day conference occurred at the historic Canyon Inn located on the property of McCormick State Park. The Canyon Inn was first opened in 1916.
Paul has been representing governments, businesses and individuals since 2005. His practice area is civil litigation, which has Paul frequently defending governmental entities with jurisdiction over transportation from claims of negligent design, construction, and maintenance.
