Will Young’s primary practice areas at the firm are civil litigation and government relations. Most recently, Will served in senior leadership with the Office of the Indiana Attorney General as Director of Policy and Strategic Initiatives where he advised the office on a range of state and federal policy matters, which included analyzing legislation before Congress and federal regulations as well as participating in policy-related litigation. Prior to this, Will served as Legislative Director for the Indiana Department of Child Services, where he coordinated the agency’s legislative efforts before the Indiana General Assembly. Before his tenure in state government, Will spent six years on Capitol Hill and served as Legislative Director for an Indiana member of the U.S. House of Representatives. In that role, Will was responsible for managing the congressman’s legislative staff and policy agenda.

Will attended Indiana Wesleyan University, earning Bachelor of Science degrees in Social Studies Education and Economics.

Will graduated with honors from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. While in law school, he externed for Justice Steven David on the Indiana Supreme Court.

Will resides in Greenwood.
