Victor focuses his practice on civil litigation, representing governmental entities and public officials in state tort claims and federal civil rights actions. He also counsels and defends government agencies and employers in a variety of employment and civil rights matters.
Prior to joining Lewis And Wilkins, Victor practiced at a regional Midwest law firm, where he gained experience handling a broad range of insurance defense and civil litigation matters.
Victor graduated from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, where he served as President of the Hispanic Law Society. During law school, he interned with the Indiana Court of Appeals and the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles, clerked for an immigration law firm, and represented clients through the Indiana Public Defender Clinic. He received his undergraduate degree from Indiana University Kokomo, graduating with a double major in Finance and Business Management.
A native of Frankfort, Victor resides in Indianapolis.
