Elijah is a graduate of the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. Prior to bringing his legal experience to Lewis And Wilkins, Elijah worked in large law firms in Chicago and Indianapolis, handling various types of civil litigation. He was also employed at a boutique law firm in Carmel.
Elijah earned his undergraduate degree with highest distinction in History and Political Science from Indiana University – Kokomo, where he played on the university’s NAIA basketball team.
Elijah’s primary practice areas are civil litigation and employment law. He has experience representing and counseling government entities and private sector employers in matters involving civil rights, human resources, and workers’ compensation.
