Elijah is a graduate of the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.  While in law school, Elijah gained experience in litigation, clerking with law firms in Chicago and Carmel.

Prior to law school, Elijah earned his degree with the highest distinction in History and Political Science from Indiana University – Kokomo.

Elijah’s primary practice area is civil litigation, regularly representing governmental officials, managers, and employees in federal civil rights litigation.

Elijah resides in Indianapolis.  During his undergraduate years, Elijah played basketball for Indiana University – Kokomo.
