Natalya’s primary practice focuses on civil litigation. Drawing on her background in litigation, administrative law, and prosecutorial experience, she brings strategic legal insight and a strong commitment to client-focused advocacy to every matter she handles.

Natalya earned her undergraduate degree from Ball State University, graduating cum laude with majors in Pre-law, Public Communications, and French. During her time at Ball State, she was actively involved as a cheerleader and competed on both the Equestrian and Debate Teams.

Natalya earned her Juris Doctor from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and obtained a Graduate Certificate in Intellectual Property. During law school, she was an active member of the Student Bar Association, the Sports and Entertainment Law Society, and the Intellectual Property Association. She completed internships with the Intellectual Property Division at Cummins Inc., the Litigation Division at Eli Lilly and Company, and the Office of the General Counsel at The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis. She also served as an extern at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana under Chief Judge Jane E. Magnus-Stinson.

Before joining Lewis and Wilkins, Natalya worked as an Associate Attorney at a Chicago-based firm, where she handled all phases of collection and litigation for ERISA-related claims. She also served as Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for Hamilton County, conducting bench and jury trials and negotiating plea agreements. Additionally, she was an Administrative Law Judge for the Indiana Department of Workforce Development, where she presided over unemployment insurance appeals and issued decisions that were notably affirmed on appeal.

Originally from Valparaiso, Indiana, Natalya now lives in Noblesville with her husband, son, horse, and cats. The family enjoys traveling together.

Outside of her legal work, Natalya serves as a Judge for the IU McKinney Staton Moot Court Competition and volunteers with the Indiana Judges and Lawyers Assistance Program (JLAP). She also volunteers at Agape Therapeutic Riding Center and is an active member of the Orthodox Christian community.
