Elijah is a graduate of the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. Prior to bringing his legal experience to LEWIS AND WILKINS, Elijah worked in large law firms in Chicago and Indianapolis, handling various types of civil litigation. He was also employed at a boutique law firm in Carmel.

Elijah earned his undergraduate degree with highest distinction in History and Political Science from Indiana University – Kokomo, where he was a member of the basketball team.

Elijah’s primary practice is in civil litigation, where he has experience representing and counseling government entities and employers in matters involving civil rights, employment law, and workers’ compensation.
