Elijah is a graduate of Indiana University’s Robert H. McKinney School of Law. Prior to bringing his legal experience to LEWIS AND WILKINS, Elijah worked in large law firms in Chicago and Indianapolis, handing various types of civil litigation. He also was employed at a boutique law firm in Carmel.

Elijah earned his undergraduate degree with highest distinction in History and Political Science from Indiana University – Kokomo, where he was a member of the basketball team.

Elijah’s primary practice is in civil litigation, where he has experience representing and counseling government entities and employers in matters involving civil rights, employment law, and worker’s compensation.
