Eric’s primary practice area is civil litigation where he helps our clients find commonsense solutions to complex situations. Eric’s specialization is the representation of governmental entities and their employees with a secondary focus in advocating for Hoosier businesses before the court.  Eric practices in both federal and state courts where he routinely utilizes years’ experience in both the private and public sector to achieve successes for LAW clients.

Eric graduated from Indiana University – Bloomington with degrees in History and Political Science. After several years of work in the public sector, including at the Indiana Commercial Court, Eric then graduated with honors from the IU Robert H. McKinney School of Law. Originally from Noblesville, Eric currently resides in Broad Ripple with his partner and their two cats. Outside of the courtroom, Eric is an avid camper who enjoys seeking out the best epicurean delights Indianapolis has to offer.
